Amazon-ing Out

In an attempt to spend a $50 gift credit, I browsed amazon.com for over an hour today. You would think that I could find something in that vast cyberstore, but alas, nothing appealed & I logged out without a single purchase.

The initial plan was to buy new kicks, but since my shoe size differs depending on brand, I shied away. Who needs the hassle of returning ill-fitting product? Apparel is best bought on-site, when you can actually feel and try it on before shelling out your dough.

Then I scanned my apartment for things that I might need...dish towels, guitar strings, umbrellas, shower curtains, etc.. Nope. How about DVDs or books? Nah.

In the end, I decided to hold on to the credit, believing there will be a need for it some time down the road (like my nephew's birthday in March...aw, nerts!).
